I’m very happy to bring you with me on this new journey to find our inner light and personal strength. I will inform you more about how we can do this together in this post.

Starting the new school year 2020 is different, intense, and layered with uncertainty and sometimes disturbing experiences.

In January I decided, without foreseeing the destabilising reality this year would bring, to embark on a professional journey, which fully reflects the time we are living through. According to coach Dave Buck, we are entering an inspirational and spiritual economy. The worldwide pandemic we are facing has confirmed his theory for me.

After extensive research and a serious enrolment process, I joined in June the Professional and Personal Coach diploma course at the Serenity Coach Institute.

The new coaching meets the neuroscience

We work with ’New Generation’ coaching tools, based on the latest developments in neuroscience and unprecedented discoveries in quantum physics.

It is an extensive programme and exciting programme. It is allowing me to be courageous, to change my habits, to explore my unconscious beliefs, to step out of my comfort zone and to stay bold.

Conscious revelations

It makes me think of the naturally outstanding women (I still love my baseline) who have been highlighted through ’Tonalités de Femmes’. This inspirational project that uplifted me for 10 years was formed on the same basis on which this coaching experience is built: active listening and ’Socratic questioning’, which helped my counterparts to bring awareness to their own discourse, deepen their thinking and clarify their intentions. All these tools have been a key part of my work as a journalist as well.

Through the course, I am reminded of the intimate moments I shared with my guests at TdF: the atmosphere of trust between us and the infinite space for communication allowed for an often powerful experience.

My university studies in psychology and educational science have brought an insight at the right moment!

Up until now, I can see that my family, my relationship, my social life, my spirituality… have all gained in harmony.

During this course, we constantly have to question ourselves, an essential exercise. In this context, I appreciated a question which was posed, asking us to analyse our identity as a coach (according to François Delivré, le Métier de Coach, Eyrolles).

Who does being a coach invite me to be?

I am happy to share that being a professional coach is becoming part of me. At the same time, I am integrating know-how based on new tools and knowledge gained, advancing me to the rank of « expert in motivation, personal development, change strategy and sustainable progress. » (Serenity Coach Institute)
